Instructions

  1. Using a juicer, juice the carrot, ginger, apple, cucumber and kale. Be sure to follow the kale and ginger with a juicier piece of produce such as apple or cucumber to get the most juice out of it.
  2. Cut the lemon in half and squeeze on top of the juice. I like to stir my juice before drinking but the beautiful color will be lost.
